Five officials relieved from duty in Greater Pibor

The Chief Administrator of Greater Pibor Administrative Area on Tuesday fired five officials including the Mayor of Pibor through an administrative decree.

The dismissed cabinet includes the Minister of Local Government and Law Enforcement, the Minister of Information and Communication, the Minister of Youth, Culture, and Sports, the Minister of Physical Infrastructure and Housing, and the Pibor town mayor.

According to the press secretary Alan Nyachigak Meachiluk, the dismissal came as part of the reshuffling of the government.

The newly appointed officials include Nyakiyok Yousif Cholo as the Minister of Local Government and Law Enforcement, Jacob Werchum Jok as the Minister of Information and Communication, and among others.
