Leeds United shocked Leicester City after the newly-promoted side came from behind smashed the host 3-1.
Harvey Barnes put the Foxes ahead in the 13th minute but this was just a temporary lead. Stuart Dallas pulled one back for Marcello Bielsa’s men in the 15th minute to level things up and then Patrick Bamford and Jack Harrison scored in the 70th and 84th minutes respectively to bag all the three points.
Leicester City talisman Jamie Vardy is still out after hernia operation. Brendan Rodgers side suffered a heavy loss that may leave a dent on their quest for the title. Their charge received good reception after the team slid to comfortable 2-0 win over Chelsea before Frank Lampard was sacked as the head coach.
Leicester remains third on the log with 39 points, a point above Liverpool and two points behind Manchester United.
Elsewhere, Chelsea bounced back after they cruised to a 2-1 victory over Burnley. Caesar Azpilicueta put the home side ahead after receiving a flick of a pass from Callum Hudson-Odoi, after a long run.
Despite possessing much of the ball, the Blues failed to convert their chances and hard to wait for a second goal from Marcos Alonso in the advanced minutes of the second half. The Spaniard received a cross from Christian Pulisic, chested it and finished on the roof of the net. This is the first win for new manager Thomas Tuchel and will provide a relief for a side that has struggled to nick a win under the previous coach.
Chelsea now sit 7th with 33 points, but risk to dip should Westham win against Liverpool.
