The Governor of Central Equatoria State, Emmanuel Adil Anthony has relieved director generals and appointed members of independent commissions.

Governor Adil also appointed members of the State Independent Commission in a Gubernatorial decree read out on Friday last week

In the decree, Adil relieved the Director-General of the State Ministry of Cabinet Affairs John Mogga Ezekiel and the Director-General of Parliamentary and Legal Affairs Peter Wani Emmanuel.

In a separate Gubernatorial decree, he appointed Peter Wani Emmanuel as the State Director-General of the State Ministry of Cabinet Affairs while John Mogga Ezekiel was appointed as the Director-General of the State Ministry of Parliamentary and Legal Affairs.

He also appointed members of the State Independent Commissions. The appointments included: Nelson Morobe Saverino Lado as a member of the state Investment Authority Cooperation, Angelo Maring Nyikuach as a member of Juba Special Economic Zone and Lado Wani  Burbur as a member of the State Insurance Regulatory Authority.

According to the information released by the office of the governor, the appointments came to an effect on Friday last week.

In August, Governor Adil appointed seven members to the independent commissions and a technical advisor for the state ministry of information.

Francis Luwala, Yuda Wani, Kiden Eliabo Sururu were appointed members of State Investment Authority.

Meanwhile, Peris Keji, Kenyi Elia, and Isaac Batali Santino were appointed members of the State Insurance Regulatory Authority.

James Loku Legga was appointed as Juba Special Economic and Ugo Aurelious Chichim as Technical Advisor to the State Ministry of Information and Communication.

According to the CES, Governor’s office, the seven appointees would focus on the insurance of regulatory authority

“It is the government agency that has the state mandate and responsibility of which place to supervise and guide the development of the agency in line with each of the cooperation within the government,” the statement from the office of governor read in part.
