A rapper in the group of Hardlife Avenue Stars was involved in an ugly road accident in Uganda’s Moyo District on Thursady.

The singing group broke the news on Facebook Thursday evening that Mantani OV Hardlyfe (pictured) had sustained serious injuries and had been admitted at Laco Hospital in Gulu.

The group stated: ‘‘Dear fans, friends, colleagues and family, please put Mantani Ov Hardlyfe in your prayers as he has been involved in a serious accident in Moyo District, Uganda and is being referred to Laco Hospital in Gulu District.

‘‘We will keep you updated only on our official social media pages, avoid listening to hearsay.’’

They have appealed to the members of the public not to share the pictures of the accident scene adding such an act would subject family and friends to trauma.

‘‘We advise that those with the pictures of our brother Munu Tani involving his accident should not and must stop posting the pictures on social media to avoid trauma as we pray to God/ Allah to heal him sooner. We strongly believe that he will be well sooner,’’ the group posted.
