It is the responsibility of every human being to protect the environment, including all the living organisms that exist on this planet.

It is also known that the majority of environmental pollution is caused by human acts, either through industrialisation or poor waste management and incineration plants.

For instance, the oil companies in Ruweng Administrative Area may have no intention of harming the locals there, but the people may have endless suspicion.

They always ask why the national government is not doing enough to put measures in place to end the environmental pollution in the Ruweng area.

To protect both the environment and human beings, the government and the oil companies need to come up with an urgent solution to address the protracted problems facing the local communities in the oil-producing areas.

There is a need to compensate the families whose children have been deformed, as well as people who have been affected by the toxic pollution.

Their right to compensation is mandatory and the government and the oil companies have to ensure they do it.

Secondly, the community members inhabiting areas of oil exploration need to be evacuated to safer areas.

In some oil-producing countries like South Sudan, human acts have also resulted in environmental pollution resulting from oil spills due to poor environmental management. This affects both animals and human beings. Consequently, several animals have continued to die, and some children are born without some parts of their bodies; they are deformed.

However, cities like Juba that still practice the burning of garbage and unnecessary dumping of waste are likely to face the danger of poor waste management due to poor management of waste.

The bad smell from the garbage and the smoke from the burning rubbish is very hazardous to our lives because we inhale the bad smell, which is harmful to our health.

It is the responsibility of the Juba City Council to display litter bins along the streets, and people should not be encouraged to dump or burn garbage along roadsides.

Therefore, for the sake of humanity, environmentalist scholars have given out the laws and regulations that are to be observed to protect our ecosystem system.

There are human acts that are dangerous to themselves and other living organisms. According to environmentalists, every living organism on earth is important and has the right to live. That’s why environmentalists are very concerned about the protection of the environment and all the living organisms that live in it. We need to avoid all threats against living organisms and pollution of the environment.
